When you contact us

If you fill in the enquiry form, call, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, phone number, email address, and a description of the work you want done. We only ask for what we need in order to quote.

When Google sends us an enquiry

We advertise on Google. If you complete an enquiry form inside a Google ad rather than on our site, Google passes us the details you entered there. Those details reach us the same way a website enquiry does and are treated identically.

Automatically, when you visit

Our web host keeps standard server logs, which record things like your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are ordinary web server records, kept for security and troubleshooting.

Spam filtering

Enquiries are scored automatically before they reach us, so that genuine messages are not buried under bot submissions. This looks at the content of the message itself. No third-party profiling is involved.

The site sets a language-preference cookie when you use the language switcher, so that your chosen language is remembered on the next page you open. The translation itself is provided by Google Translate, which may set its own cookies when you use it.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work; it will simply stop remembering your language choice.

We do not use your details for anything you did not contact us about.

• We do not sell your information. Not to anyone, for any price.
• We do not rent, trade or share your contact details with other contractors or suppliers for their own marketing.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quotation.

Your information is handled by our own team. It also passes through the services that make the website and our email work: our web hosting provider, our email provider, and Google where an enquiry came through a Google ad. These providers hold data on our behalf in order to deliver their service.

We will disclose information if we are legally required to by a UAE authority or court. We would rather tell you plainly that this is the case than pretend otherwise.

Enquiries and quotations are kept while there is a realistic prospect of the work going ahead, and afterwards for as long as we may reasonably need the record — for example if you come back about a piece we built for you. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless we are required to keep a record for tax or legal reasons.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your details;
• stop contacting you.

Email info@ahad3.nestproweb.com. A request from the email address or phone number you contacted us on is enough — we will not make you prove your identity twice over for a simple deletion.

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you send through the enquiry form is encrypted in transit. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can say is that we do not keep information we do not need.

This site is for people arranging fit-out and joinery work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not alter it quietly and leave the old date in place.

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
