Why bespoke rather than ready-made
Dubai apartments and villas rarely have square walls or standard ceiling heights. Ready-made units leave gaps at the top and sides, and those gaps collect dust and look wrong from the first day.
Custom joinery is measured on site and built to your exact dimensions, so it fits the room as though the room was built around it.

We manufacture in Al Barsha 1 and install with our own team. We do not subcontract.
That matters when something needs adjusting. A company that subcontracts has to chase someone else, which is why small problems take weeks. We can be back on site the next day.
Materials that survive Dubai
Humidity is the reason cheap joinery fails here. The carcass board is the part you cannot see and the part that swells first.
We use moisture-resistant board with properly sealed edges throughout, and we will show you the material samples before anything is cut. Ask any company for a sample of the carcass, not just the door front — the answer tells you a lot.
