Why we build it ourselves
Most fit-out companies in Dubai take your order and send the joinery out to a third-party factory. That is where control is lost — over quality, over the timeline, and over what happens when something is wrong.
We manufacture in our own workshop in Al Barsha. It means we build to the exact millimetre of your room rather than adapting a standard unit, we know what board and hardware went into every piece, and when a client calls a year later the people who made it are still here.
Made to measure
We measure every room ourselves before a single panel is cut. No standard sizes forced into awkward spaces.
One supervisor
The same person runs your project from first day to last. You always know who is responsible.
Snagging first
We walk the space with you and complete the snag list before the final invoice is due — not after.
Who does what on your project
Every stage below has one person accountable for it. The project supervisor named at approval is the same person who walks the snag list with you at the end — you are never handed between departments.

We visit your property, measure the room ourselves and record services, levels and access. Free, and with no obligation.
Design and quotation
Designer
Drawings for your space and a written quotation, itemised line by line so you can see what every element costs.
Approval and order
Project supervisor
Nothing is cut until you have approved the drawings and materials in writing. The supervisor assigned here stays with your project to the last day.
Materials and hardware
Procurement
Boards, veneers, stone, paint and hardware are ordered against the approved specification and checked in at the workshop.
Manufacture
Workshop foreman and joiners
Cutting, edge-banding and assembly in our own Al Barsha workshop — not subcontracted. About 2 weeks for a kitchen; about 1 week for a wardrobe or vanity.
Finishing
Finishing team
Spray, lacquer, PU paint and veneer polishing, inspected under light before anything leaves the workshop.
Delivery

Protected transport to site, with building access and lift booking arranged in advance.

What warranty do you provide?
We provide a 1-year warranty on every item we supply and install — joinery, cabinetry, finishes and installation. Appliances and sanitaryware also carry their own manufacturer warranty.
Do you take on commercial work?
Yes — offices, retail and hospitality fit-out alongside residential villas and apartments.
