Kitchen Fit-Out in Dubai
Bespoke kitchens designed, manufactured in our own Al Barsha workshop, and installed in about two weeks across Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
Free Site Visit & QuoteA kitchen fit-out in Dubai is the complete design, manufacture and installation of a kitchen — cabinetry, worktops, appliances, plumbing, electrics and lighting — delivered as one project by a single contractor. Al Khalaq has been building bespoke kitchens from its own joinery workshop in Al Barsha, Dubai since 2017, with more than 300 projects completed across Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Because the cabinetry is made in-house rather than subcontracted, every kitchen is built to the exact dimensions of the room, and a full kitchen typically takes about two weeks on site.

Kitchen fit-out questions, answered
How much does a kitchen fit-out cost in Dubai?
Kitchen fit-out cost in Dubai depends on the size of the room, the materials chosen and the appliance specification — which is why we price every kitchen individually rather than publishing a fixed rate. The main factors are the run length of cabinetry, the worktop material (quartz and porcelain sit well below natural marble), the appliance package, and whether plumbing and electrical positions move. After a free site visit we issue a fully itemised quote, so you can see what each element costs and adjust before committing.
How long does a kitchen fit-out take?
A full kitchen fit-out takes about 2 weeks on site. Smaller joinery items — a vanity unit, a single wardrobe, a TV unit — take around 1 week. Cabinetry is manufactured in our Al Barsha workshop while the site is prepared, which is what keeps the on-site period that short. Stone worktops are templated once cabinets are installed and can add a few days.
Do I need an NOC for a kitchen renovation in Dubai?
Most Dubai buildings and communities require a No Objection Certificate from the developer or owners' association before work begins, particularly where plumbing or electrics are altered. We prepare and submit that documentation as part of the project.
Can I stay in my home during the work?
Yes, in most cases. The kitchen itself is unusable while work is underway, so we agree a temporary arrangement for cooking and washing up. We seal the work area, run extraction, and clear the access route at the end of each day.
Do you supply appliances, or do I?
Either. We can supply and install a full appliance package, or install units you have bought yourself. Many clients choose their own hob and oven and leave the rest to us.
What warranty do you provide?
[CONFIRM — e.g. "Our joinery and installation carry a 12-month warranty. Appliances and sanitaryware carry the manufacturer's own warranty."]
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes. We work across Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Our workshop is in Al Barsha, so Dubai projects are usually the quickest to schedule.
Can you match a kitchen to existing joinery in my home?
Yes. Because we manufacture in-house we can match veneer, colour and detailing to wardrobes or furniture already in the property, including grain matching across adjacent doors.
